RMS credits are available through authorised Teltonika resellers and distributors. They are not available direct from the Teltonika RMS platform – you purchase them from a reseller who provides you with credit codes to redeem in your RMS account.

RMS credits are sold by authorised Teltonika partners. In the UK, look for Teltonika Diamond, Gold, and Silver partners who stock RMS credits alongside Teltonika hardware. Purchasing credits from the same reseller as your hardware simplifies procurement and ensures you are getting genuine codes.

The most efficient approach is to purchase RMS credits at the same time as your Teltonika hardware. Your reseller can bundle the correct number of credits with your device order, pre-calculate the total deployment cost, and often offer better pricing on combined hardware and credit orders.

Confirm the reseller is an authorised Teltonika partner – credits from unauthorised sources may be invalid
Confirm the credit quantity matches your device count (plus some spare for replacements)

How many credits do you need?

The simple answer is one credit per Teltonika device you want to manage via RMS. For deployment planning, also factor in:

Replacement devices – if a device fails and is replaced, the new device needs a credit (or the original credit can be unassigned from the old device and reassigned)
Test and staging devices – if you have lab or development devices that you want to monitor in RMS, they each need a credit
